| The Stice Team wishes you all the best in your respective lives on the tail end of our summer. We have some pretty exciting personal news to share in that Jeremy Stice is now engaged to his fiance Megan Zimmerman of Vancouver, Washington. This has been a fairy tale love story for this two people as Jeremy was fortunate enough to meet Megan through her mother Marie as Jeremy represented her on a purchase of a home in Kaanapali. Maui has been very pleasant this summer with steady tradewinds and the occasional showers to keep things green. Tracy touches on this subject matter on one of his blogs as to why Maui is the perfect place to live and enjoy life-especially for Baby Boomers (see below blog). In another one of his articles, Tracy really gets into a very detailed description of Hawaii's real estate laws-there is a healthy conversation brewing in the comments section of this blog.
The Stice Team would also like to congratulate Richard Morgan and Linda Fess of Boise, Idaho on their recent purchase of a resort condo at Lahaina Shores in West Maui as well as Charles Bocock and Cheryl Reichart on their recent purchase of a resort condo at Honua Kai in Kaanapali. We are honored to have been part of helping both couples complete this lifelong dream.
